The truest of friendships are first composed,
Dreamed up and cherished and loved.
Then two unlike souls united by this,
Ask a blessing from heaven above.
In God's mighty wisdom, these two fully share,
That which only two friends
could discover.
Hopes fulfilled, laughter,
some tears.
A lifelong bond so unlike
 any other.
Soaring above, where others
had failed.
Two friends found what
tenderness brings.
Each day they are lifted
much higher than last,
All they needed was
love in their wings.
