As a child,
you guided me,
To watch the wonders of the stars.
Every beauty, each miracle.
They were never too far.
I felt tall enough to grasp the light.
To pluck each diamond from on high.
You held me on your shoulders,
And answered every why.
I'm much bigger now Daddy,
You can see how I've grown.
Upon my shoulders I'm lifting,
Little ones of my own.
They are watching the heavens,
There in such beauty that lies.
We are eternally blessed,
With your perfect Clear Skies.
